Focusing on immigration and criminal law, John has appeared as counsel before various Federal administrative tribunals such as the Immigration and Refugee Board, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, Refugee Determination Division; Employment Insurance Commission, Employment Insurance Board of Referees, and Canada Customs and Revenue Agency - Adjudication Division. In addition to the Ontario Parole Board, John has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
