CARSTAR Halifax

It seems we are going to have to sue these terrible people. They have had 2 tries at repairing some paint damage on our car and they can't do it. They also scratched a body panel and are refusing to repair it even though I have a long, slow video of our car the day we dropped it off and that damage wasn't there. The paint has air bubbles in it, dirt and even a section where it looks like a piece of hair fell in the wet paint and someone pulled it out. Our insurance company sent us here.... Carstar can't get any of their own business, it's ONLY insurance companies sending them cars because they're so cheap. Also there are 139 of validated complaints in the BBB about this company and they've only been in Halifax for 5 years. That's 139 validated complaints that the BBB said "yep, these guys screwed you". There are body shops who've been around for 50 years and don't have any validated complaints against them. Save yourself! Stay far away!
