Vancouver Bed Bug Control

Hello there Megan T, this is Mark, the General Manager of Vancouver Bed Bug Control writing in response to your comment/complaint. I apologize that you feel like you have been looked over or pushed aside. That is in no way how we want to treat our clients. In all cases, when we send out a technician for a visual inspection to follow up on an issue, if nothing has been found, we than send in our K9 team for an additional follow up 1 week later. If the visual comes up with zero hits, than our K9 team comes up with zero hits, we go onto a Monitoring Program thereafter. Bites can take up to 3 weeks to show up, and if you are not seeing any Bed Bugs, and our Visual Team and K9 Team are not seeing any activity after treatment than that is the road we must take, as we do not want to be applying chemicals if there is no activity, and it is the law.
