I called at 4pm, they got me an appointment quickly, for 6:30pm! they repeated my name, and phone number back to me so there would not be a mistake, they gave me my stylists name, and upon arrival, she smiled and said she was expecting me, which made me feel important., I wasnt just a "time slot" on her calendar. she did a great job, giving me a cut that suited me, she kept the chat light & friendly and made it feel as though we were friends for years! I will keep going back!
