Jungle Jim's

Been there twice in less than a month and I won't be going back. Food is decent there but the service is terrible. First visit it took forever to get served, the entire time no one came to ask of we needed refills or anything, and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get the bill after asking for it twice. The second time our appetizer didn't come until after our meals came, I was told I could substitute the onion rings with something else in my meal and they didn't replace it with anything so I paid for a full meal and only got 75% of it. Also AGAIN no one came to ask how everything was and all the servers disappeared so I couldn't wave anyone over to get me a dipping sauce (that was supposed to come out with my meal) for 25 minutes. Of you're passing through wait to eat at the Jungle Jim's in Grand Falls. It is WAY better.
