I had an appointment yesterday and just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to you ladies. The woman at the front was super friendly and her happiness was definitely infectious. Cassandra was beyond awesome. not only did she deliver good news to me but her bedside manner and attention to detail showed that she cared and was so appreciated. unfortunately you don't see a lot of people in the health care profession taking the extra time for their patients and clients and tend to just get them in and out, so my experience yesterday was a breath of fresh air. thanks again so much for taking that extra time and showing that you care. keep up the great work ladies!
