Garage Japan Koichi Okada

I brought my 1998 Honda CRV to Garage Japan to fix the problem of Occasional noise when I step on the brake pedal. On June 27, Mr. Koichi Okada put on a new pair of rotors and charged me $312.03. On the bill he wrote Warranty 3 Months Free from Noise (see left on photo). But the noise still persists. So on July 12, I brought back the car to him. He made a ride, he heard no noise and refused to fix though he had known noise was Not On Every Brake Time as I told him from the beginning. When I first brought my car to him for repair, he agreed for me to leave the car there until he heard the noise. But when I brought it back for him to honor his warranty, he insisted on a ride, not letting me to leave my car there for him to find out.
