I had my carpet steam cleaned today by this company. They only stayed at my house for 40 minutes, before proclaiming themselves "done". When I got home from work to inspect the carpet, I discovered that the carpet looks exactly the same as it did before it was steam-cleaned... all of the stains on the carpet are still present! I have had my carpets cleaned many times, by many different companies, and never have I seen such a poor job done - my carpet was no more stained this time than it ever is (general living stains, spilled drinks, etc.). I called the owner of the company, telling her that I am not happy with the rush job that her staff did, and was told that there was nothing she could do, and that she would have to charge me before sending someone back. However, her website offers a "100% satisfaction guarantee", which she obviously is not interested in following through on. BUYER BEWARE - this company does NOT care about the work they do, or satisfying their paying customers.
