Description [ edit ]
The Beaches Bakeshop and Cafe is a neighbourhood favourite and Toronto's only Swedish cafe'. Daily specials include homemade soups, salads, quiche as well as freshly baked treats.
Our special Swedish treats include the famous Kanelbulle, Sara Bernard, Dammsugare and many more. We also accept special orders for Princess Cake.
Kalles Kaviar, Saft, Nyponsoppa and Fazer Chocolates are just the beginning of what you can find on our Swedish Pantry shelves

Lovely Swedish bakery located in the Beaches. The cinnamon buns were absolutely heavenly and were the highlight of my visit here! They also serve delicious quiches, healthy salads and soups. Can't wait to come back for some Scandinavian goodness!:)
Here's a Swedish bakery that sells semlor (imagine soup in a bread bowl, but it's puffs with whipped cream), kanelbullen (it's like cinnamon buns with a toss of sesame seeds), and a whole lot more (soups to fresh salads: quinoe and cous cous). Some I know would go as far as saying it's the best bakery ever, I say it has pretty darn good semlor.
