Rona

This store is very bright, easy to find what you are looking for and well stocked.The staff is very courteous and nice at all times.
Very helpful and knowlegable people that work here.
I would definately recommend Rona for any home improvement.

This is one of the newer Rona's and you can really tell. The store itself is well manned. Service is always on hand and is always helpful. I recently used this location to purchase paint. It had a good variety of brands and colour. It's well laid out and the lighting in the store really makes it easy to find what you're looking for. All of the staff are really helpfull whether the item you are looking for is in their section or not. They don't just tell you where your item is, they will guide you there. Overall, the service at this location is excellent.

This store is extremely clean and well lit. Every time I have shopped here I have felt like a valued customer. Staff are friendly, helpful and always available. I have never had to look to find an employee - they're always at hand, but not in the way. My last trip to Rona, I was looking for a new patio door. The employee was very patient and explained the differences in the different types/styles of doors. We took advantage of their monthly payment plan, which is great for large purchases. I highly recommend this store. Plus it's Canadian.

Every time I have been into this store I have been offered assistance at every aisle. It seems like they really push their employees to try to go out of their way to help you when you're shopping there. We had an employee talk us through an entire process and even show us a variety of finishing pieces. In the end we purchased something that we didn't need, and the return process was one of the best and easiest that I've experienced anywhere.

I've been to this Rona twice in the last 6 months. Both times I went I was not impressed with the service as they had no sales people around to help and it took forever to find one. Even after I found someone to ask for help she said everyone was one their break and she would have to phone someone. She then told me they were not too impressed with having to cut their break short!! The selection was very poor compared to other home improvement stores and the prices were higher. I only returned the second time because of a sale item but will never return again after my last visit.
