I wouldn't say Pizza Pizza is strong in Customer Service or in quality. Pizza Pizza is somewhere we order from when we don't feel like thinking too mch about dinner and we need something quick and cheap.They have some pretty good meal deals and they do deliver in 40 minutes or it's free.I have had numerous issues in the customer service aspect of things and I absolutely dread utilizing the phone to place an order-it's a fiasco every time so I try and stick to ordering online.When I call the Pizza Pizza number to order they have an option to press to get the same thing you last ordered but it never EVER works so I end up talking to a call centre rep anyway.The quality of food does not even come close to the quality of alot of other very popular pizza places but the food is edible-I have an addiction to the garlic dipping sauce. Their hours of operation are also very accomodating.

I have went to the pizza Pizza in North Bay Ontario Canada and the service was so great they also gave coloring books to my kids while they waited for their meal gave a smile the whole time i was there and their prices were economical as we do have a family of 6 so yes i would certainly recommend this restaurant to the public.

This is the only pizza delivery company I order from. The crust is never soggy. You get generous ammount of toppings and there is frequently a special one can take advantage of.
Ive ordered from Pizza Pizza for over 20 years,, their pizza is awesome, lots of toppings to choose from , and free toppings as well.... I love how they have a phone app, and you get free items off it..

It's always been hit or miss with the Pizza Pizza in Belleville. Although, I do have to say, the online ordering and the Scene movie special has been a huge plus.
While Pizza Pizza has great pricing, the quality of pizza is always inconsistant. We have gone from having the best pizza, to being sent completely uncooked bacon.
I love the walk in specials. This is the only place I will order chicken on pizza. They have the best quality, It is a little more expensive but it is worth it.

We ordered there Halloween special of 2 pizzas 4 drinks and a free lunch kit with coupons enclosed. What I liked about the whole process is I order the whole deal on line and the ordering process so was easy and quick. The website had every option available.The food was delivered in under 20 minutes on a Friday night and it was so good. I would recommend this take out restaurant to everyone .

I am definitely not a fan of the pizza. I always find that it's way under cooked, I suppose that is why they usually deliver rather quickly. I think the quality of the pizza would be much better if they just took the time to cook it just a couple extra minutes. I find that everytime I've attempted to eat the raw, rubbery pizza I get a sick feeling. I do however don't mind their chicken at all. So all-in-all I rate Pizza Pizza 1 out of 5.
I recommend the plenty for 20 you get everything you need for a family dinner

great food i love my pizza especially when it's on sale lol.the pizza i like the best is hawian i really enjoy the pineapple.this place is a must to visit clean friendly and very affordable.my husband likes the works his stomache can handle anything i think lol the hotter the better and he always ask for lots of peppers and he is never dissapointed with the amount that is placed on his pizza.

Although the pizza isn't what I consider "artisan", the price is always good and the quality of both the food and the service is always consistent. The options for pizzas are also virtually endless and the fact that they do not use canned mushrooms is a huge plus. I believe they've only been late on a delivery once, but they did call us throughout the process to keep us updated (there was a huge accident that the driver got stuck behind).
Pizza Pizza is a great choice for pizza, as they have long hours, great tasting pizza, many locations throughout Winnipeg, and affordable!!

The most reliable pizza place to order from in Niagara Falls. They don't skimp on the cheese and it tastes good cold in the morning!! Been eating Pizza Pizza for over 25 years!
If you are looking for a quick fast food trip, then I would recommend pizza pizza, they are very quick, and I love the fact that the pizza's are made with fresh spring water. The toppings are amost always fresh. I like this fast food restaurant more than any other fast food place. But the reason I picked depends, is because Its not healthy.
When it comes to value, hands down Pizza Pizza is the best. I use them alot for small in-office parties and no other restaurant even comes near to providing the same bang for buck.

Pizza Pizza always had great promotions. There is something there for everyone. If pizza is not your thing then they have other menu items like wings, salads and even Italian sandwiches. JUst getting hungry thinking about it.
The pizza is not the best quality, but it is one of the most inexpensive pizzas you will find so I guess you get what you pay for. That being said, their delivery in my experience has always been under 30-35 minutes, and my orders have always been correct. If you don't get delivery, the prices are even cheaper as they have great walk-in specials, and the service staff at the location closest to us in Windsor Ontario are very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of sides like wings, salads, etc. to round out the meal and I find these to be almost better than the pizza itself. Their garlic dipping sauce especially is VERY good, and a must have if you are going to try the food here. It is not the best place in town for pizza, but for the low cost that you pay, it is worth it to try at least once.

Delicious! I have had so many good experience here. We always get the walk in special and since I don't eat meat it was great how they substitute the pepperoni for me for anything I'd like. My new favorite thing with Pizza Pizza are all the new dipping sauces they have. I think they have all the other places beat.

Once I did have a problem with a burnt pizza but I called into customer service (since I was already home) and they gave me a credit, I was very surprised on how easy it was to resolve the problem.

Pizza Pizza has my all time favourite pizza! I like the Canadian the best. Their pepperoni is the best, and I love that they use fresh ingredients. The price is right too!
I love their crust the best, because it isn't too doughy, esp if you get the thin crust!
Good for specials and late night pizza as most locations are open pretty late. Wings are pretty good, Creamy Garlic dipping sauce is by far my favorite pizza dipping sauce.

I recently went here with my husband and children. The restaurant was very clean, the waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious! The food all came out very hot and fresh. Their pasta and burgers are great and all of the portions are very large. I love that they have free drink refills and the wait staff is constantly checking to see if you need anything else. They are a little pricey but I feel that the great service and food are well worth the price paid.
Several years back i custom ordered a pizza delivered , it took 45 minutes to get it , then when everyone was digging their slice out , whoa and behold a foreign object was found in the cheese , it made me sick to see it , ruined my dinner . I called to complain about it , they sent me another pizza , so when it arrived , someone had sat literally on the pizza box , the car board was stuck to the cheese and toppings , totally bad and terrible service . I called in a 3rd time and had to drive 10 miles to find another location , in all it took over 3 hours for dinner and some guest even left , it was bad serivce all around and sadly the same owner owns a few in the city . Eat at your own chance , i have never been back ever and if i can even tell you what i found in my pizza you will never eat it as it will turn your stomache and make you sick instantly - it was disgusting , i would it rather be rat droppings instead !

We order from Pizza Pizza frequently but the service and quality you get is not consistent. Sometimes the pizza is great and sometimes it is absolutely horrid. I will say that if you are not happy with the quality of your food they will send out another order quickly or credit you. We generally get delivery and it's always fast, 40 minutes or free is how it works but it's always here well before that, I despise ordering over the telephone as the call centre employees have zero personality every single time and the automated order the same as what you got last ime NEVER works and I end up speaking to an agent regardless, I also find that I can barely hear the person on the other end of phone for some reason-this is about the only thing that is consistent. If you're looking for something to eat that's cheap, easy and quick Pizza Pizza is the way to go just don't expect super service.
My son has ordered a few times from this place and I have used a couple of coupons for very cheap $5 Large pizza's but to be honest the only reason why I did is because it was so darn cheap and I had a few people to feed with very little money. The pizza itself isn't very good quality and they are pretty cheap with the toppings. The customer service was terrible especially when trying to use the coupons their own company sent around my neighborhood when they first opened up. Plain and simple, there are much better pizza places to choose from. I guess if you are really hungry and there is no other place around, I would say go for it, but I would pretty much rather dine anywhere else rather than eat at pizza pizza.
What makes PizzaPizza special is that you can always depend on them for great pizza. I'm always happy with PizzaPizza; they have all the toppings I like! I love their MultiGrain Dough ... that's what we get all the time. Right now, after 10pm (online orders) you can have a 4 topping Medium Pizza for $10 ... great price! My favourite pizza: Chicken Breast, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Zucchini on MultiGrain Dough ... so good! To top it off, they have great customer service.
I think it really depends on why you're eating at Pizza Pizza. If there's nothing else, you know there's always Pizza Pizza. My daughter loves Pizza Pizza because you can get just cheese or just pepperoni and it's also closest to school. They have a lot of great deals, sometimes it's the 2 for $5 slices, right now it's the medium for $5, and when it comes out fresh from the oven, the crust is crunchy and hot. I'd certainly eat that over some of the other greasy spoons that are out there. Are there other better pizza places? Probably but again, it depends if you can get there/time to get there. Whatever you do, try to avoid the panzerotti or share it with someone. I've had the pepperoni and the mushroom one and they're just too loaded and rich and I feel awful after eating it. The garlic bread is yummy but too salty and way too loaded in {expletive}/ margarine. Fries are decent if hot and I've tried their salads too (Greek is good). Thus, it all depends!
Do Not Waste Your Money! With the quality pizza makers in Windsor there is no excuse to order from this place. I had their pizza on 2 different occaisions because of the type of work I do. The 1st time I thought it was bad & the 2nd time more of the same Do not waste your money! A person would be better off making their own pizza at home and it would probably save a few bathroom trips as well.
Pizza Pizza always makes me feel sick. I find that they don't use nearly enough toppings for the price. Their specials end up costing a lot of money with an over $3 delivery charge tacked on at the end. They are definitely the most expensive delivery pizza but not the best quality.

I figured out you can "build your own" pizza using the exact same ingredients listed for one of their signature or classic pizzas and pay less. That doesn't make sense.

I would definitely say yes. They always have great customer service. I have dietary restrictions and they are always happy to make me a special order. The food is delivered very quickly and I rarely have a mistake in my order. On the whole, it is a great dining experience.
Reason I say no is that they do not add nearly enough cheese to the pizza which is ESSENTIAL. Every time I order from pizza pizza there is not enough cheese , even when I order double cheese ... what's going on?
The pizza tastes great, if we go out to eat or order it in. Always arrives hot and ready.
